Not sure Reus Klopp Severe Injury
Dresden – Borussia Dortmund suffered a blow after star player Marco Reus injury. Reus is believed to be not severe injury, although not yet certain whether the players will be fit for the weekend.
Reus being carried off the field in the middle of the first round match between Dynamo Dresden counter Dortmund in the last 16 games of the DFB-Pokal. The Germany international was officially replaced in the 25th minute by Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
There are fears that the conditions in this season’s players have accounted for 11 goals in all competitions. Because, at the beginning of this season Reus had suffered an ankle injury that kept him out in time is not small.
Dortmund’s official website states that further investigation will be on Wednesday (03/04/2015) morning local time. However, Klopp thought Reus will be fine.
“I was just told that just suffered a dead leg Reus but I do not know whether he will be fit for the match in the league this weekend,” said Dortmund coach Juergen Klopp at Reuters.
The good news, Dortmund qualified for the quarterfinals after beating Dresden 2-0 with a pair of goals Ciro Immobile. Klopp complained about the condition of the opposing team field.
“You can not expect to play good football on the pitch like that. Open space where bad and we have to play very simple football there,” said Klopp.
