City fight 10 Players West Brom 3-0
Manchester – Manchester City rose after losing two games in a row. The Citizens thrash West Bromwich Albion, who appeared with almost 10 players throughout the game, with the score 3-0.
In the Premier League at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday (03/21/2015), City appear very dominant. They are superior to 78 percent of possession.
City releases 43 shots throughout the game and 16 of which led to the goal. West Brom are many survive just fired three shots and none were on target.
The dominance of the City was separated from the red card received by West Brom defender Gareth McAuley, in the early minutes. Outnumbered West Brom players can not do much.
City a 2-0 lead until the break through goals from Wilfried Bony and Fernando. In the second half, they scored an additional goal through David Silva.
Thanks to this victory, City cut the distance to Chelsea. They are now in second place of the standings with 61 points, three points adrift of Chelsea. However, City played two games more. The West Brom remain in 13th place with 33 points.
West Brom get a big problem when the game entered the second minute. McAuley was given a straight red card for violating Bony.
McAuley expulsion debatable since the first drop Bony is Craig Dawson. After dropped by Dawson outside the penalty box, Bony stood up and took the ball into the penalty box. Only after that he was involved physical contact with McAuley. If the fault is McAuley, should the referee gave a penalty. However, the referee only gave a free kick to City.
